Cookies. A "cookie" is an element of data which is a piece of text, not a program and that a website can send to the User’s browser, which may then be stored on a User’s computer system. The Site can access the information from a cookie sent to a User’s computer system. We place cookies on Users’ computer systems but we do not and cannot access other cookies sent by other web sites. We use cookies to keep track of the user's session and further customize User’s experience when using the Portal.

Use of Personal Information.

Information to Users. We reserve the right to contact Users regarding accounts status and changes to the Terms of Use Agreement, this Privacy Policy, or any other policies or agreements relevant to the Users.

Sharing of Personal Information. We will not sell, rent, swap, or otherwise disclose the registration data of Users to any third party without consulting the administrator of the community/alumni. The consent of an adminstrators shall be taken as the consent of members in that particular community/alumni that the administrator is responsible for.

Third Party Providers. We may contract with one or more third parties to maintain and host the Portal. Therefore, any information submitted by Users, including Personal Information in their Profiles, may be placed, stored and viewed on a computer server maintained by these third parties. The use of the Portal and any provision of Personal Information by same constitutes an irrevocable acknowledgement by such Users that such information or content could pass through and may be stored, accessed and used by third parties and in servers outside our control. Users further agree that we are not liabile or responsibile for any such pass through, storage of SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION or use by such third parties.

No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. Although we will use reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of Personal Information and/or the individual profile, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. We will have no liability for disclosure of registration data due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.

Use of Aggregated Information. We reserve the right to disclose to third parties information about Users usage of the Portal and any related services, including information gathered during use of the Portal by Users. Any information disclosed will be in aggregate data form (such as overall patterns or demographic reports) that does not describe or identify any individual User.

Updates to this Policy. We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy. Any changes or updates will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following our posting of a change notice will constitute binding acceptance of those changes.
